Encontro geral do Acordem e Progresso em São Paulo
Foi realizado no sábado, 27, um encontro marcante para a consolidação das atividades do Acordem e Progresso previstas para 2010. O encontro reuniu voluntários, fundadores e público na Sala Crisantempo, Vila Madalena, São Paulo.
A programação do evento começou com uma palestra do médico-psiquiatra e consultor de empresas, Wilson Gonzaga: “Reclamamos de políticos corruptos, mas reproduzimos modelos de comportamento bem semelhantes”. Gonzaga defende uma ‘desobediência inteligente’ para romper com certos padrões mentais, que nos leva, por exemplo, a um individualismo que em nada colabora, seja à sociedade ou ao planeta. “Falamos em deixar um planeta melhor para nossos filhos, mas esquecemos de pensar em deixar filhos melhores para o planeta”, disse.
Logo depois, o atual presidente do Acordem e Progresso, Fernando Lucas, falou sobre a essência do movimento que é mudar a cena política do país. “Queremos criar um celeiro de novos políticos”, afirmou, ao lado de alguns integrantes do movimento que serão possíveis candidatos. “Quero que meu filho sinta orgulho de minha profissão”, disse ele, ao anunciar seu afastamento do Instituto para concorrer como deputado estadual nas próximas eleições. Em seguida, os coordenadores do Movimento Acorde, núcleo jovem do Instituto, apresentaram as atividades planejadas para 2010, passando por um resumo da maratona de atividades que já foram realizadas este ano.
O encontro teve ainda a participação do grupo Ludobus, que fez uma intervenção envolvendo jogos artesanais de diferentes épocas e regiões do planeta. “Foi mostrado o papel da utilização destes jogos em praças, asilos e prisões para promoção de interação social e como contraponto a tendência crescente de isolamento nas grandes cidades, que carecem cada vez mais de atividades lúdicas”, observa o coordenador do projeto, Ivan Pena Johnson. “Outro detalhe importante é que os jogos são feitos com madeiras e materiais achados nas ruas, que depois são trabalhados de modo impecável”, conclui.

The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod’s. It works well, but isn’t as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that’s not an issue, but if you’re planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod’s larger screen and better browser may be important.

The interface is colorful, has more flair, and some cool features like ‘Mixview’ that let you quickly see related albums, songs, or other users related to what you’re listening to. Clicking on one of those will center on that item, and another set of “neighbors” will come into view, allowing you to navigate around exploring by similar artists, songs, or users. Speaking of users, the Zune “Social” is also great fun, letting you find others with shared tastes and becoming friends with them. You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.
